I have not been here for a while. Mostly I have been involved in writing a short novel, My Freshman Year: First Book. It is the imaginary tale of me accepting a full scholarship to a fictitious women’s college in Nebraska. They thought “Jacques” was a woman’s name, but they signed a legal contract and had to admit me. But what was destined to be a disaster turned out to be the best thing that had happened to the college. After six weeks I had helped both the calculus and physics professors, all the girls excerpt one liked me. That one and another girl turned out to be significant healings that the administration had not been able to accomplish. My roommate and I soon decide we really want to spend the rest of our lives together. It is a powerful story and Christian values are seen throughout. WritersWay Solutions wants to conduct a promotional campaign for it but they need $1000 (actually $999, but what is one dollar out of a thousand?). That is a problem since I don’t have a spare $1000, so please pray with me that God will provide that if this is indeed something He wants to tell the world, as I and some others think it is. I take George Mueller’s message seriously: If we are doing God’s business we do not need to ask for anything from anyone except God. When we take e, very need to Him in faithful prayer, kn owing that He will provide, He does. George ran up to five orphanages in Bristol England for over 25 years without ever asking anyone for anything. I see the Christian world needing more of George Mueller’s faith everyday. (Especially when I retrieve the daily mail!). My new book will be available on Amazon in the next two or three days in both paperback and ebook formats. In my opinion it is still the best and most complete resource telling what God has prepared for an eternity with those who love Him. God needs to find a way to make it more widely known.
